Vikings come two points short of having three 20 point scorers

It was a big night for the St. John’s Catholic Prep boys basketball team, Friday, as the Vikings erupted for 95 points in a 95-69 MIAA C Conference victory over host Cristo Rey, in Baltimore.

SJCP’s Nick Pfeifer and Cristo Rey’s Jamal Eggleston battled for game-high scoring honors, as both finished with 28 points, but the Vikings got production from nine different players and nearly had three 20 point scorers.

Andrew Rivera scored 22 for St. John’s and Evan Austin added 18.

Cristo Rey actually had four double digit scorers.  Terry Paige scored 14 for the Hornets, while Nehemiah Holiday netted 12 and Paul Britt finished with 10 points.
