Play begins Oct. 31st with three games
As reported on VSN on Thursday, a new Baltimore Catholic Soccer League has been formed, for the fall of 2020 only, featuring six members of the MIAA A Conference soccer conference which are all Catholic schools.
On Friday, the league revealed its 10-game schedule for each team and play will begin on Saturday, Oct. 31. The opening day of play features Calvert Hall at Archbishop Spalding, Archbishop Curley at Mount St. Joseph and John Carroll at Loyola Blakefield.
Play will continue, mostly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (with some adjustment by the member schools possible) until the conclusion of the regular season on Dec. 2nd. Semifinal playoffs, featuring the top four teams from the regular season, will take place on Monday, Dec. 7 and the championship game will be Wednesday, Dec. 9. Both semifinal games and the championship game will be played on the home field of the highest seeds.
