The Vikings’ leading scorer delivers a goal and an assist in 3-1 victory

Jacob Osafo-Mensah has been the go-to scorer for the St. John’s Catholic Prep boys soccer team all season and he added to his team-leading totals in goals and assists, Wednesday, as he had one of each in a 3-1 MIAA C Conference win over St. Vincent Pallotti.

Osafo-Mensah now has 12 goals and 10 assists in nine games as the Vikings improved to 6-2-1 overall and 2-1 in the conference where they are currently in fifth place, three points back of Pallotti (3-8-2 overall, 3-3 MIAA C).

Dylan Fisher also scored his eighth goal of the season for SJCP and Alejandro Gonzalez added a goal. The Vikings also got assists from Brady Gerst and Andrew Russell.

Manning the nets, Drew Strayton stop 18 shots for St. John’s.
