Eagles build a 31-0 halftime lead in home opener

McDonogh’s 6th-ranked football team welcome Berks Catholic (PA) to Owings Mills Friday evening, for the Eagles home opener promptly administered a first half thumping in a 38-7 non-conference victory.

McDonogh (2-0) built a 31-0 lead, scoring 17 in the opening quarter. At Ntantang and Preston Howard both rushed for scores in the opening stanza and Harrison Beattie booted field goal for a 17-0 lead.

Dante Trader and Stefan Egbe added second quarter touchdowns and Curtis Jacobs ignite the running clock with his score in the third quarter.
