One week after scoring 61 points in a MIAA B Conference win over St. Mary’s, the St. Vincent Pallotti football team was lighting up the scoreboard once again, Friday, as the 18th-ranked Panthers remained undefeated in the MIAA B with a 55-0 rout over visiting St. Paul’s, at Fairland Regional Park in Laurel.

Penn State commit Cameron Sullivan-Brown got the Panthers underway with a 5-yard touchdown run in the first quarter and Jaret Patterson spotted 25-yards with the first of his two rushing touchdown, early in the second quarter.

Freshman Blake Corum also rushed for a pair of scores in the contest, while Davon Ferguson added a 30-yard scoring run. In addition, Jelani Foster and Zack Roski had TD receptions in the victory.

Pallotti is now 5-2 overall and 3-0 in the B Conference as it prepares to visit defending champion John Carroll, next Friday.

St. Paul’s (1-4, 0-3) was shutout for the second straight week. The Crusaders have not scored since building a 33-14 halftime lead over John Carroll in a Week 3 contest they would eventually lose 36-33, a span of 10 quarters. St. Paul’s will look to get back on track next Friday when they travel to Carroll County to challenge Liberty in a non-league contest.
