Three Cardinals score two goals; five others net one in victory over Conestoga (PA)


Playing one of the top public school powers in Pennsylvania, Friday afternoon in Towson, top-ranked Calvert Hall shared the ball and evenly distributed the scoring an 11-6 victory over Conestoga.

No Cardinals scored more than two goals, as three shared that honor. Senior Jacob Kelly was one of them and he dished out five assists. Peter Ilardo and Daniel Kelly also scored twice each.

Zach Green, Grant Mitchell and Jack Sawyer all finished with one goal and one assist, while Harrison Ewing and Ryan Swain had one each. Cole Herbert had two assists. In addition, Ham McPartland won 13-of-19 draws.

Calvert Hall (5-1) will continue to battle top non-conference competition when the face Garden City (NJ) next week.
