Michael Jackson, the Key lacrosse player, not the late pop icon, had his own version of “Thriller” on Friday afternoon, as his overtime goal propelled the Obezags to a 13-12 win over Concordia Prep in the quarterfinals of the MIAA C Conference lacrosse playoffs.

Jackson scored four times, including his game-winner. Jack Porterfield had an even bigger night, scoring 5 goals and adding 2 assists, while goalkeeper Nick Trapido had 15 saves.

Key now advances to the the C Conference semifinals on Tuesday against St. Vincent Pallotti in Laurel.
