Ray has another record setting day for the Dons

Senior Aaron Ray broke his own school record with a long jump of 23’-10-½ inches and also ran a season best time of 10.88 in the 100, to lead the Loyola Blakefield track & field team to an 82-55 win over McDonogh, Wednesday afternoon.

Senior Carlo Melchiorre tied a school record with a high jump of 6’-0”. This is now the league-leading mark in the high jump.

McDonogh was led by wins in the 800 and 1600 by junior Owen Pett. The teams both gear up for their final meets next week with the Dons at Calvert Hall and the Eagles are at Gilman.
