Control of the ball is the key to winning lacrosse schools, a fact that Key School demonstrated, Friday, in its 13-11 MIAA C Conference win over Concordia Prep.

Key controlled 12-of-8 face-offs, won the ground-ball battle, 52-25, and out-shot the Saints, 38-25.

Dylan Smith led the Obezags in scoring with 4 goals and 2 assists and Jack Porterfield had a goal and 3 assists. Also, Micheal Jackson and Michael Burke Haldeman each had two goals, Tristan Allen had 1 goal and 2 assists, and Ryan McReady and Jackson Smith each had a goal and an assist. Graham Wood rounded out the score sheet with a goal.

Joe Oladimeji dominated the ground balls with 15 and Nick Trapido made 12 saves in goal.
