No. 7 John Carroll School dominated on both ends of the court, Friday night in Bel Air, and devoured No. 11 Calvert Hall College, 76-43, in MIAA A Conference/Baltimore Catholic League action.

Montez Mathis netted a game-high 23 points, with eight rebounds as he slashed through an usually stringent Calvert Hall defense.

Immanuel Quickly added 17 points, eight assists and six rebounds in the win and Cameron Byers scored 16 points and pulled in nine rebounds.

John Carroll (11-4 overall) improved to 5-1 in the MIAA A Conference where it sits in second place in the Black Division. The Patriots improved to 3-1 in the BCL, where they are tied for second.

Calvert Hall (8-8) overall is now 4-3 in the Red Division of the MIAA and 3-2 in the BCL.
