Vikings improve to 4-2 overall with a victory over Saints Peter & Paul

Jemicy School continued its strong start to the 2019-2020 basketball season, Friday, with a 61-55 home win over Saints Peter & Paul in the MIAA C Conference league opener for both squads.

Jemicy, which improved to 4-2 overall, opened up a five point halftime lead and held off the Sabres in the fourth quarter.

Jonathan Cardwell led Jemicy with a 16 points, while Braeden Smith and Tavon Wilson scored 13 each. Cole Snyder also reached double-figures will 11 points and Myles Johnson added eight.

Sophomore Elijah Sherman scored a game-high 19 points to lead Saints Peter & Paul. Jacob Satchell and Gunther duHoffmann combined for 25 points for the Sabres (1-4 overall, 0-1 MIAA C).
