Greyhounds win second straight in MIAA A
Could Gilman School lacrosse be heating up at just the right time?
With the start of the playoffs a week away, the Greyhounds have put together back-to-back wins after Friday’s impressive 11-5 win at St. Paul’s School
Senior Tucker Hebert and junior Chase Brody led the charge with three goals each, with Hebert adding an assist. Oscar Woloson chipped in with two goals and Charlie Pope had a goal and an assist. Clayton Baddley and Jay Wilkerson also scored for the Greyhounds (4-7 overall, 3-6 MIAA A).
St. Paul’s (3-5, 3-5 MIAA A) received single goals from five different players – Michael Smyth, Jake Blair Braeden Klausner, Grady O’Day and Brody Atkinson.
Gilman closes the regular season Tuesday, hosting arch-rival McDonogh School, which is undefeated and in first place in the conference. St. Paul’s also has its huge rivalry game on Tuesday as the Crusaders visit Boys’ Latin School.
