Glenelg Country School put five runs on the board before the first out was recorded, Monday, and never relinquished the lead in route to a 15-4 MIAA B Conference baseball victory, in six innings, over Park School.

 

Five GCS hitters (Alex Beglan, Brendan Grady, Will Bartlett, Tyler Russo and Cory Sterry) had two hits and eight scored runs. Beglan pitched the first four innings to earn the victory. Grady and Russo each threw scoreless innings to close out the win.

Grady doubled, while Bartlett and Russo hit triples for the Dragons (6-5, 6-2 MIAA B).

Zach Charles hit a double and a home run for Park, but suffered the loss on the mound for the Bruins (3-9, 2-7 MIAA B).
