Concordia Prep rallied from two goals down, with 1:13 remaining, to win, 9-8, in Friday’s MIAA C Conference lacrosse contest contest with host Chapelgate Christian Academy, in Marriottsville.  

Scott Merbach led the Saints with five goals, including the game-tying goal with 23 seconds remaining. Brandt Garland (1 goal, 2 assists) capped the victory, scoring with eight seconds left with an assist from Caleb Murphy.

Also scoring for the Saints were Murphy (2 goals, 2 assists) and Bailey Barber (1 goal).

Concordia Prep keeps its playoff hope alive and will host the Hornets of Cristo Rey on Wednesday at 4:00 pm.
