Blair Brooks had 17 points and five assists and Patrick Spencer added 12 as Boys’ Latin School defeated Catonsville, 66-44, in a non-league boys’ basketball contest on Lake Avenue Monday afternoon.

 

Michael Morsberger finished with 11 points for the Lakers (15-7 overall), who got off to a quick start and built a 31-16 halftime lead. Catonsville made a run early in the third, cutting the deficit to 10, but the Lakers regained control late in the third and through the fourth. Kodye Pugh had 10 points for Boys’ Latin.

Antwan Pearson had 16 points for Catonsville. Boys’ Latin hosts Friends School in a MIAA B Conference contest Wednesday while Catonsville is at Towson in a Baltimore County Division II match.
