Timmy Kelly, Bryan Costabile and Ryan Conrad, all MIAA lacrosse stars, are making their mark on the international stage this week, as they have helped the United Stats get off to a 2-0 start in the FIL U10 Men’s Lacrosse World Championships in British Columbia.

Timmy Kelly, a Calvert Hall grad and a member of North Carolina’s national championship team, has scored 3 goals and added an assist in two games thus far, as the Americans defeated Canada and Australia by a combined score of 25-9.

Bryan Costabile, who graduated from Mount St. Joseph in the spring, has a goal and an assist and Ryan Conrad, a former Loyola Blakefield All-American and a member of the University of Virginia team, has a pair of goals.

The U.S., which has won all severn previous world titles, will conclude its pool play with games against the Iroquois Nationals, on Monday, and England, on Tuesday, before moving into the medal round.
