Seeking: Strength and Conditioning Coach/Teacher
Gerstell Academy is accepting applications for the position of Strength and Conditioning Coach/Teacher beginning July 1, 2018.  This is a full-time, 10-month position, teaching Middle and Upper School weight training classes. This position requires working with student-athletes and assisting them with reaching their individual and team goals.  Gerstell Academy is a private co-educational, non-sectarian, college preparatory leadership school based on the value system defined by the Gerstell Academy Mission, Motto, Leadership Principles and Attributes.  The right candidate will be will be expected to know, understand, model, and incorporate the Gerstell Academy Value System and Leadership Model into all aspects of the weight training program. Candidates should have prior teaching experience or experience working with athletes in this area.  Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and NSCA certification in strength and conditioning preferred.

Seeking: Varsity Boys Cross Country Head Coach
Gerstell Academy is accepting applications for the position of MIAA Varsity Boys Cross Country Coach for the 2018 Fall season. Gerstell Academy is a private co-educational, non-sectarian, college preparatory leadership school based on the value system defined by the Gerstell Academy Mission, Motto, Principles and Attributes. The Cross Country season runs from mid August through the beginning of November. Candidates should have previous experience either competing or coaching. This individual will be in charge of organizing and planning daily practices, training strategy and program management.
