Outisde of cross country, Jemicy School had never registered a victory in MIAA league competition since joining the conference prior to the 2014-15 school year. That draught, however, ended on Monday when the Vikings recorded a 10-6 MIAA C Conference win over Cristo Rey.

Junior attackmen Jake Gurley led Jemicy with 4 goals and 2 assists, while senior Jack Molli contributed with 3 goals. Junior Leo Johnson added to the victory with 2 goals.

In addition, freshman Jack Blake added a goal and an assist and freshmen goalkeeper Ethan Wheeler had 9 saves.

Jemicy (1-1 overall) is now 1-0 in the league, while Cristo Rey fell to 0-1 overall and in the conference.
